Welcome to RingQ University! As the University Director, I'm excited to guide you through your learning journey. We offer two comprehensive courses: the Basic Product Knowledge Course and the Advanced RingQ Knowledge Course. You'll start with the basics, understanding the fundamentals of our cloud-based VoIP and PBX platform. Once you complete that, the Advanced Course will open up, empowering you to dive deeper into configuration, SIP trunks, physical phone setup, and cloud deployments.
Our courses are crafted for partners and customers to master technical details, from SIP certifications to ISO installations. Now, here's what you need to know:
- 1You must complete the Basic Course before moving on to the Advanced.
- 2You can attempt each track once every 14 days. Once you start, the clock is ticking.
- 3The exam is timed, and when the time's up, it's auto-submitted.
- 4Your score will show if you pass or not, with no detailed answer review.
- 5Certificates are issued to your registered name and are unique to you.
- 6Your results are stored securely, visible to your company admin.

The process
From zero to certified
Register
Sign up for your chosen track via the RingQ Partner Portal. Pick Basic or Advanced based on your current experience.
Study
Work through the study guide, complete NFR lab exercises, or attend a guided walkthrough session, at your own pace.
Pass the Exam
Take the online proctored exam: 50 questions, 90 minutes. A minimum score of 75% is required to pass.
Get Certified
Receive your digital certificate and shareable partner badge within 24 hours of passing. Valid for two years.
