Version Number: 8.7.62.63
Version Date: 1st August 2025
Wrap-Up Time Not Applied in Call Queue (Single & Multi)
- Resolved an issue in the Call Queue (Single & Multi) feature where agents became immediately available for new calls after completing an inbound call, ignoring the configured wrap-up time. Agents now remain unavailable during the set wrap-up duration, allowing adequate time for post-call activities.
Unable to Clear Option Selection in IVR Rules (Single & Multi)
- Fixed an issue in the IVR (Single & Multi) feature where users were unable to deselect a previously assigned rule due to the absence of an empty option in the dropdown. An empty value has now been added, allowing users to clear selections as needed.
Call Status Duration Not Updating in Real Time (Multi)
- Resolved an issue in the Call Status view (Multi) where the time duration was not updating in real time, requiring users to manually refresh the browser. The call status timer now syncs automatically without needing a page reload.
Agent-Only Call Status View Removed (Single & Multi)
- Updated the Call Status feature (Single & Multi) to remove the call status display that was previously shown only for Agents. This change ensures a more consistent and appropriate visibility scope across user roles.
Deleted Holiday Prompt Still Playing in Extension Settings (Single & Multi)
- Fixed an issue in Extension Settings (Single & Multi) where the Holiday message continued to play even after the associated audio prompt was deleted. The system now correctly stops playback once the prompt is removed.
BLF Agent Status Not Updating in Real Time (Single & Multi)
- Resolved an issue where BLF (Busy Lamp Field) agent statuses were not updating in real time on the Dialer (Web and Mobile). Real-time synchronization has been implemented for status changes (e.g., IN/OUT).
Removed Extension and Schedule Options from Call Flow (Single & Multi)
- Refined the Call Flow (Single & Multi) configuration by removing the “Create” and “Edit” options for Extensions, as well as the Schedule configuration option. Only selection is now available, and the interface has been adjusted to ensure it displays correctly.
Extension Status Not Updating When Offline or Logged Out (Single & Multi)
- Fixed an issue in the Extension feature (Single & Multi) where the status did not immediately update when a user logged out or lost internet connection. The system now correctly detects the offline state, and calls are routed based on the configured call control settings. If unreachable, a voice prompt now plays to inform callers that the extension is temporarily unavailable.
“Close” Button Not Working in Language and Office Hours Settings (Single & Multi)
- Resolved an issue in the Global Settings (Single & Multi) where the “Close” button in the Language and Office Hours configuration panels was unresponsive. This has been addressed with a more responsive UI.
Queue Call Status Timer Includes IVR Time (Single)
- accurate real-time tracking.
Removal of Unused Call Control Options (Single & Multi)
- Updated the Call Control (Internal/External) settings for Away/Busy status by removing the following unused options: “On Busy,” “No Answer,” “Call Relay,” and “Call Screening.” This streamlines the configuration and prevents confusion during setup.
Unable to Update Extension Details Without Outbound Caller ID (Multi)
- Fixed an issue where extension 1000 (MT) could not be updated due to a missing Outbound Caller ID, while the same update worked in ST. The issue was caused by the absence of a DID during account creation, which the system expected. The fix has been applied to ensure extension updates no longer require an outbound caller ID if not configured.
Wrap-Up Notes Saved Without Required Fields Closes Window (Single & Multi)
- Fixed an issue where the Wrap-Up Notes window would close even if required fields like First Name and Last Name were left blank. The system now prevents the window from closing and prompts the agent to complete the required fields before saving.
Extension Name Not Updating in Wrap-Up and Auxcode Reports (Single)
- Fixed an issue where the Wrap-Up and Auxcode reports displayed outdated extension names. Previously, the system recorded the extension name at the time the record was created. It now dynamically reflects updated agent names when extension details are changed.
Caller ID Format Reversed for Incoming Calls (Single & Multi)
- Updated the Dialer display format for incoming calls. Previously, the caller ID showed as [Local Extension] [External Number] (e.g., 9001 82025388). It now correctly displays as [External Number] [Local Extension] (e.g., 82025388 9001) for better readability. The fix has been applied to the web app; mobile app behavior will be reviewed for consistency.
“Gateway Already Exists” Error When Modifying SIP Trunk (Single & Multi)
- Fixed an issue where modifying a SIP trunk and saving changes resulted in the error message: “Sorry, gateway already exists… (Code AG1002)”. This occurred when saving settings in the Advanced tab and attempting to save again. The system now handles the update properly without triggering the error.
Defined Logo and Banner Dimensions for Hotel Skin in Chameleon (Single & Multi)
- Specified the required image resolutions for updating the logo and banner in the RingQ Hotel Dialer (Chameleon skin):
- Logo: 520 × 85 px
- Banner: 515 × 335 px
- These dimensions ensure proper display within the interface. The settings have been applied in the demo and will be included in the new version.
Issues with Meet Functionality – Join and Invite Failures
- Resolved multiple issues affecting the Meet feature: users were unable to invite others after joining a meeting, and scheduled invite links failed to connect participants. These problems have been fixed and Meet now functions as expected.
Logging In/Out of Single Queue Affects Global Dialer Status
- Fixed an issue where logging out from a single queue incorrectly triggered login/logout status changes in the Dialer (Web). Queue login/logout actions are now correctly isolated, affecting only All Queues when intended, not individual queues.
Wallboard Admin Controls for Agent Login/Logout
- Added a new feature to the Wallboard allowing administrators to log in or log out agents directly. This provides quicker control over queue participation without requiring access to individual agent accounts.

- Improved presence detection and voicemail handling:
- Extensions that are idle with no internet now display grey.
- Fixed an issue where calls were not delayed before routing to voicemail.
- The Team Directory has also been updated and should be reviewed within the mobile Dialer for accuracy and consistency.
