Trademark & Co-Branding Guidelines

Partnerships are a prime focus at RingQ. These guidelines explain how third-party companies may co-brand with RingQ in marketing and sales activities, and what requires prior approval from our Legal Department.

All use of RingQ trademarks, logos, and brand assets by third parties requires approval from the RingQ Legal Department and must comply with applicable trademark law. Unapproved usage violates these guidelines and may result in action by RingQ.

What you may do

  • State that your product or service is designed for use with RingQ (e.g. "Designed for RingQ Cloud PBX").
  • Use RingQ-approved logo duplicates supplied directly by RingQ in approved marketing materials.
  • Include the credit line "RingQ is a registered trademark of RingQ Ltd." wherever the RingQ mark appears.
  • Use the appropriate trademark symbol — ™, ℠, or ® — with every use of the RingQ name or logo.
  • Submit artwork to your RingQ account manager for written approval before any public use.

What you may not do

  • Claim to be "authorized", "certified", or "approved" by RingQ without specific written authority from RingQ.
  • Display the RingQ logo at a size larger than your own company name or logo in any co-branded material.
  • Imply that your product is a RingQ product, or that RingQ sponsors, endorses, or has tested your offering.
  • Use any RingQ trademark in a way that could suggest a formal partnership that does not exist.
  • Host events or training that imply RingQ affiliation without the required disclaimer.
  • Use marketing materials featuring RingQ branding that have not been explicitly approved by RingQ.

Events & Training

You may not imply RingQ sponsorship of an event or training session without written authorization. Where an event or training is presented independently, the following disclaimer must be included prominently:

“This event is presented by [your company] and is not affiliated with or endorsed by RingQ Ltd.”

Compatibility Claims

You may state that your product is “designed for RingQ [Product Name]” without implying RingQ endorsement, certification, or that RingQ has tested your offering. Any stronger claim of compatibility or certification requires prior written approval.

Approvals Process

Before publishing any co-branded artwork or marketing material that includes RingQ branding, submit it to your RingQ account manager for written approval. Approval is required every time — previously approved assets do not grant standing approval for future uses.
