Security update: RingQ is patched against the critical PHP vulnerabilities. Update your servers today.
Read nowTelegram voice calls for business: with the RingQ Telegram integration, customers who use Telegram call your business with a normal Telegram voice call, and the call rings your RingQ extension, queue or IVR like any other call in your cloud phone system. Your team answers it on the web app, the RingQ mobile app or a desk phone. No extra software is needed on your RingQ server: the connection runs through the RingQ Telegram service.
In Call Flow, add an inbound route for your Telegram number and point it to an extension, a queue or an IVR. From then on every Telegram call to your business number rings there. Telegram callers show their Telegram name and number in Call Status and in the call log.
To call a Telegram user, add an outbound route that uses the Telegram trunk and dial the person's phone number with the country code, for example +6591234567. The person must allow calls from your business account in their Telegram privacy settings, or have your number in their contacts.
Telegram has no in-call keypad. If a caller reaches an IVR and needs to press a digit, they can type the digits as a text message in the Telegram chat with your business number while the call is up. RingQ turns the digits into key presses on the call.
Open Integrations > Telegram at any time to restart the service, view the logs, stop the service or delete the configuration. If you delete the configuration and set it up again, Telegram sends a new verification code.
