Group Pickup lets any agent in a group answer a ringing call with a dial code, without needing to know which extension is ringing. This guide walks you through creating the group under Accounts > Extensions > Groups, enabling Group Pickup and assigning agents.
Step 1. Log in to your RingQ instance and go to Accounts in the left-hand menu. Open the Extensions page, then click Groups at the top to switch to the Groups tab.

*8 to answer any call ringing in the group.*8 followed by an extension number to pick up a call ringing on that specific extension.Note: Group Pickup and Paging cannot be on at the same time; enabling one disables the other.
Step 1. On the Assignments tab, drag agents from the Available Agents list on the left into the Group Agents list on the right. You can also use the search box to find a specific agent.
