A new version of RingQ is available for download and it’s packed full of enhancements that not only make the solution more secure with new and improved anti-hacking mechanisms, it’s also more performant with more automations and comes with an improved UI for user-friendliness.

Update to RingQ Web v8.63.63
Updating Single-Tenant (ST) Products:
- Login to your RingQ Customer AccessPortal.
- A notification will appear at the top of the instance interface.
- Simply press the “Update” button to complete the process.
Updating Multi-Tenant (MT) Products:
- For multi-tenant setups, the update process is managed entirely by the partners. End-users do not see the update prompts directly, as the partner handles all instance maintenance.
