Choose your provider, paste in your credentials, and configure your sender number. 4. Save and test — your SMS channel is now live and routing into your shared inbox. Why This Matters for Your Team

SMS remains one of the highest-engagement communication channels — open rates consistently outperform email, and customers often prefer a quick text over waiting on hold. With SMS now in RingQ, you can meet customers on the channel they prefer without adding complexity for your agents. Every conversation — whether it starts on WhatsApp, SMS, or your website chat widget — lands in the same shared inbox, with full context and conversation history. Assign, escalate, and resolve tickets without ever leaving RingQ. Whether you’re a support team handling high volumes, a sales team following up with leads, or a small business staying close to your customers, having all your digital channels unified in one place is a genuine operational advantage.
