Manual Provisioning for Yealink Devices
Introduction
In RingQ, supported IP phones can be automatically configured once tested and approved. However, you can also provision Yealink IP phones manually through the RingQ Management Console. RingQ simplifies this process by providing a unique provisioning link that can be sent directly to the IP phone for setup. Supported Yealink IP Phones: T33G, T30P, T40G
Obtaining the IP Phone’s MAC Address

- You can find the MAC address and Phone Model at the back of the Phone.

- You can also find the MAC address from the phone’s menu: Menu > Status

- From the Yealink Web Portal, click on the ‘Status’ Tab.
Obtaining the IP Phone’s IP Address
To identify the IP address of the your Phone, you can use:
- Any 3rd Party LAN Scanner App

Provisioning your Yealink IP Phone
RingQ generates the provisioning information for the phone and makes it accessible through a provisioning URL. The IP phone must connect to this URL to retrieve its configuration settings and authentication details. Below is the procedure for manually provisioning a Yealink IP phone.
1. From your Yealink Web UI go to the Account Tab > Advanced, set the following item/s:

- Subscribe for MWI: Enabled
- Subscribe Register: Enabled

2. Set the ‘Only Accept Trusted Certificates’ under Security Tab > Trusted Certificate to ‘Disabled’.

3. Provide the necessary information of the ff. areas:
- Label: Display Name of the IP Phone (i.e., 1017 | John Smith)
- Display name: (Optional) Description of Ext user (i.e., John Smith)
- Register name: (Optional) Registered Ext user (i.e., 1017)
- Username: Ext no. user (i.e., 1017)
- Password: Provided password from portal
- Server Host: Provided SIP URL
- Port no.: Default Port no. (5060)
4. Click ‘Confirm’.
Configuring NAT/STUN Settings

1. Log in to the device’s web interface as an administrator.
2. In the left menu, go to Network → NAT.
3. Set Active to Enabled.
4. In STUN Server, enter: stun.ringq.com.
5. In STUN Port, enter: 3478.
6. Click Save/Apply.
7. Reboot the device if prompted, then confirm registration/keep-alive is stable.
Tip: Make sure UDP port 3478 is allowed outbound on your network/firewall so STUN can work properly.
