RingQ Talk makes it easy to connect with customer support or sales reps by sharing a simple link. Follow these steps to share the link and start a conversation with your clients.
Step-by-Step Guide to Using RingQ Talk

Locate RingQ Talk URL

Go to the Profile Page.

Scroll to the lower-right corner of the page to find the RingQ Talk section.

Choose Information to Request from Clients

Click on the dropdown menu under "Ask customer for:"

Select one of the following options:
-
Name and Email – Request both the client's name and email.
-
Name only – Request only the client's name.
-
Email only – Request only the client's email.
-
None – No client information will be required.

Copy the RingQ Talk URL
-
Next to the RingQ Talk URL, click on the Copy button to copy the link to your clipboard.

Send the Link to the Client
-
Share the copied link with the client via email, chat, or any other preferred method.

Client Connects via RingQ Talk

Once the client clicks the link, they will be able to call you or the assigned agent through the RingQ Talk extension connected to the URL.

Go to the Accounts section.

Click the dropdown button to view available options.

Select Extension.

Choose the specific extension you want to assign to the RingQ Talk URL.

Go to More Options.

Locate the RingQ Talk URL.
