How to Schedule a Meeting in RingQ Meet
Introduction
This guide explains how to create and schedule a video meeting using RingQ Meet. Scheduling a meeting lets you invite participants in advance, set access permissions, and manage the meeting’s timing with ease.
Scheduling a Meeting
1. Log in to the RingQ Web App.
2. Click the RingQ Meet button in the top menu bar.
3. Select Schedule to open the “Schedule Your Meeting” window. 
4. On the left side of the window, configure the meeting schedule:
- Date – enter the date of your meeting
- All Day – enable is the meeting does not have a fixed time
- Start time – select a time for the meeting to start
- End Time – select a time for the meeting to end
- Duration – select how long the meeting should last
5. On the right side of the form, fill in the meeting information:
- Meeting title – enter the name of the meeting
- Email address – enter the email addresses of the participants or host
- Extensions – select team members’ extensions from RingQ
- Repeat meeting – select if this is a recurring event and add the frequency
- Who can bypass the lobby – select which participants can enter the meeting without awaiting approval
- Details – add any meeting notes, agenda and so on
6. Review all the details and click “Create” at the bottom right-hand side.
Once created, RingQ will:
- Save the meeting
- Generate a meeting session
- Send invitations to the provided email addresses
- Allow participants to join at the scheduled time
