Accessing In-Call Messages
Introduction
Multitasking during meetings just got easier. With RingQ Meet, you can access your messages without leaving the call—so you never miss important updates, side conversations, or shared links while you’re in a meeting.
This guide will walk you through how to check and respond to messages during an active RingQ Meet call, helping you stay in sync with your team without interrupting the conversation.
Navigate to In-Call Messages
1. During a meeting, locate the chat feature found in the meeting controls or sidebar.
2. Click on the “Chat” button to access the chat window.
Sending Messages
While in the chat window:
1. Click on the text field at the bottom of the chat interface.
2. Type your message.
3. Press the Send button (usually an arrow or paper plane icon) to send your message
4. Sending Attachments:
a. Look for the “Attach a File” button, represented by a paperclip icon.
b. Click on it to open a file selection dialog.
c. Choose the file you want to send from your device.
d. Confirm your selection and send the attachment.
Notifications
- Depending on your settings, you may receive notifications for new chat messages.
- Adjust notification settings as per your preference.
