Scheduling a Meeting / Booking in RingQ 

Introduction


This guide explains how to schedule a one-on-one meeting using RingQ Booking. Booking allows meeting owners to set their availability, meeting duration, and participant limits in advance, then share a booking link with clients. Clients can view real-time availability and book a meeting within the defined schedule, with meetings automatically confirmed.

Getting Started


1. Login to the RingQ web app.Click on your avatar.

2. On the upper right corner, click on the Extension Profile’s avatar.
3. You will be redirected to the Extension Profile page.

Creating a Booking


Click Create
1. In the Bookings section, click Create to start creating a new booking.
Complete the fields to create a RingQ Booking.
2. Complete the required fields in the Booking form:

  • Meeting Title – Enter a name for the booking.
  • Select whether you want your event private or public.
  • Use Work Hours for Available Dates:
    • When disabled, date selection from the calendar is enabled, and users will be able to manually choose a date.
    • When enabled, date selection from the calendar is disabled, and users will not be able to manually choose a date.
  • Duration – Select the meeting duration for the booking.
  • Attendees:
    • Enter the attendee’s email address in the Attendee field.
    • Click the Add icon to include the email address.
    • Added attendees will receive booking notifications.
  • Max Participants – Enter the maximum number of participants allowed to join the meeting.
  • Event Logo (Optional) – Upload an event logo to be displayed on the booking.
  • Description – Enter the purpose or details of the booking.

3. Click Create Booking in the lower-right corner of the window to save and create the booking.
