Need to set up a meeting in advance? RingQ Meet makes scheduling simple and flexible, so you can organize sessions that fit everyone’s calendar. Whether it’s a one-time discussion or a recurring check-in, scheduling ensures your participants have all the details they need ahead of time.
This guide will walk you through the steps to schedule a meeting in RingQ Meet—from setting the date and time to inviting participants and customizing meeting options.
Scheduling a Web Meeting
1. Navigate to the scheduling section or calendar feature within your meeting platform or email client.
2. Fill out the meeting details such as title etc.
3. Enter the email addresses of participants you wish to invite. Some platforms allow you to select participants from your contact list.
4. Select extensions to participate
5. Pick the date for the meeting from the calendar provided.
6. Specify the time the meeting should begin.
7. Repeat Meeting (if applicable) – decide if the meeting should repeat and select the recurrence pattern (daily, weekly, monthly, etc.).
8. Set Reminder – choose when participants should be reminded of the meeting (e.g., 15 minutes before, 1 hour before).
9. Add Meeting Details – include any additional information about the agenda, objectives, or materials that participants need to prepare beforehand.
10. Click on the “Send” button or equivalent to send the meeting invitation to all selected participants.
11. Participants will receive an email or notification with all meeting details, including the title, date, time, and any additional notes.
