Need to join a RingQ Meet session quickly? If you’ve been given a Meeting ID, you can jump straight into the meeting—no invitation link required. This is a fast and convenient way to connect, especially when you’re on the go or using a shared device.
This guide will show you how to join a web meeting using a Meeting ID, ensuring you’re connected and ready in just a few simple steps.
Joining a Meeting
1. Locate the meeting ID sent to you by the meeting host or room owner. This ID is necessary to join the meeting.
2. Click on the ID or select and copy it to your clipboard. Ensure you have the complete and accurate ID before proceeding.
3. Click “Join with an ID”: Look for an option that says “Join” or “Join with an ID” (the exact wording may vary depending on the platform).
