Call Landing allows you to customize how incoming calls are handled, displayed, and routed—giving you greater control over caller experience and agent workflows. From personalized greetings to smart routing and real-time insights, this guide will help you make the most of RingQ’s Call Landing capabilities.

Enable Contact Page
When Enabled Contact page will be visible for all agents.
When Disabled Contact page will not be visible for all agents.
Hide Contact Number (*****)
When Enabled Contact number will be hidden during the call.
When Disabled Contact number will remain visible during the call.
Show Caller info before accepting calls
When Enabled Caller contact information will be displayed before accepting the call.
When Disabled Caller contact information will not be displayed before accepting the call.
Call Landing
Do Nothing Normal call only, no contacts are hidden or shown.
Open Local Contact Will activate enabled configurations: 1. Hide Contact Number (*****) 2. Show Caller info before accepting calls
Open External URL or CRM Will open either URL or CRM
Open Both Will open both (Local Contact & External URL or CRM)
External URL or CRM
External URL Will be activated when URL is chosen from call landing option
External CRM Will be activated when CRM is chosen from call landing option

Save Realtime Will save the configuration in real time
